guatemalan photographer
I love capturing images...
I studied architecture in Guatemala City, and over time, I discovered that my passion for design perfectly complemented photography. This background gave me the tools to compose and balance frames, creating unique and visually engaging images.
With experience, that passion evolved into a career I genuinely enjoy daily. Photography allows me the freedom to capture my perspective of the world and share it in a format that resonates with others.
This passion has brought me incredible rewards. One of my photographs earned 2nd place at the Central American and Caribbean level in the prestigious Sony World Photography Organization contest, the largest and most respected photography competition worldwide. My work has also been featured in publications like Revista D of Prensa Libre. I’ve exhibited my photographs in renowned venues such as the Miraflores Museum in Guatemala and Somerset House in London.
As a photographer, I’ve had the opportunity to work and connect with people across the globe, travelling to countries like the United States, Panama, Mexico and now Canada, where I currently live with my beautiful wife and our three kids.
With the love of my life in our favorite city…
